Lubricating the distributor

Hey guys,
Just purchased a TO20. Was reading my manual and it brought up oiling the distributor. Can someone walk me through this and what type of oil your using thats available today?

Are you using the Operation and Maintenance manual? On page 21 it says that the distributor oil reservoir is filled and sealed at the factory and no further lubrication is necessary for 1500 hours under normal operation. Then goes on to say if overhauling the distributor to refill with SAE-20 engine oil, but don't overfill (leave small air space above plug hole.) When plug is replaced, seal with dealing compound.
