Z129 head on Z120 engine (TO20)

On info provided by Steve@advance, I'm thinking of buying a used Z129 head for my Z120 engine. It seems like it should work, and will give better compression.
But- has anybody on this forum actually done this? I hate to be the guinea pig.
The Z129 is a bit more available and affordable.

Here is a thread discussing this:

This might help. Check to see if head parts/gaskets/intakes/exhausts are the same between the two heads. I have downloaded old and newer IPLs as PDFs.

Back to SBC days....we'd but some putty on the pistons, turn the enigine over two turns, and see if valves came close to pistons. Might not be needed for a 6:1 comp tractor?

Looking through manuals I've downloaded, IT manual seems to have a misprint, lists intake valve seat angle at 30, not 45.
