TO-35 Fuel Line

What is the diameter of the fuel line on the TO35? I believe it is either 1/4 or 5/16, but I don't know which. Does anyone know a source
for made up fuel lines for the 35? Does anyone know the length, thinking I might have to bend my own? Can I buy the compression fittings
locally, i.e., Napa? Thanks.

It's 5/16. An automotive brake line with flare fittings already on works best.

Don't cut it, the factory flares are better than any hand flare can be made.

Get a piece of bailing wire, form it the route you want the line to go. Bend the wire as you would picture the line running with gradual bends, all downhill the most practical route away from the exhaust manifold. Run the entire length, no inline filter.

Straighten the wire, that will give the length. But the closest length without going under. The brake line is soft, can be easily hand formed without kinking. If you have a bender, all the better.

Before making the final connection to the carb, open the fuel valve and flush the line.
