Ford 8n hydraulics in a TEA20

Figuring commonality between Ferguson and Ford machines, I don't see why not. You just get to change both the top cover and the bottom pump.
Her '20 might wind up with 8N hydraulics some day.

Thanks Bruce , apparently it can be a significant upgrade in power and control .
I've not heard of it before and am eager to hear of how feasible it is .

I never heard of it either but would think it possible if you used the top from an 8N to gain position control. I have an 8N differential housing on my 9N with all 9N parts inside. What I gained was drawbar mount provisions on the bottom and no cracks in the housing. August 1951 Harry Ferguson publication 0-3499-A parts book for TE20 TEA20
TO20 TO30 and 9N-2N Ford parts that Ferguson parts can be used instead of Ford parts.
