Sent for and received a replacement rad. for my TO30. Tried to make it fit...grrrr. Old rad. had an offset upper inlet and lower pipe was flatter. New rad. had centered upper and larger lower. Ready to scrap the new one, just take the loss, if I can fine a replacement that fits. (The original is toast.)
