Hydraulic failure on TO20

The hydraulic lift on my 1955 Ferguson TO20 failed suddenly. No previous indication of a problem. Fluid level is fine and recently replaced. Before I start tearing the system apart, does anyone have a clue to the problem?

So it was working and now it isnt with no apparent reason? Often it is the control valve that is operated by the handle. If you open a side
cover either the handle one or the blank one. You can follow the fork down to the valve T and make sure it is seated. Occasionally they may
unseat from fork, more common is the valves thin rod just gives out after decades of work. I will post diagram so you can see.

If it's a 55 model it's not a TO20. totally different hydraulic system.

A TO20 has a flat dash, oil filter in the oil pan.

A TO30 has the air cleaner inlet through the dash, canister oil filter.

A TO35 has a curved dash, 2 shifters.
