got a 35 from a friend but it has no draw bar. can anyone point me in the right direction?

Do you need just the drawbar, or do you not have any sort of bracket(s)?
The 9 hole drawbar which fits the 3-point arms is readily available. Stays/stabilizers are needed for this of course.
Ford style brackets/drawbars will fit and are readily obtained new or old.
There is a 'horseshoe' swinging drawbar that was offered with the TO-35, a carry over from the TO-30. These become available once in a while and are generally priced rather high. They are relatively light duty compared to common drawbars. Here's a picture that someone posted here recently.
Ferguson also used a single bracket that bolted to the 4 holes underneath the differential. This used a 1" thick drawbar, and Ford drawbars will fit. These come and go on eBay, tho are not common.
Original drawbar on the tractors were straight and are uncommon. I had an aftermarket straight bar machined to length and height when I was unable to find an original - not really necessary, but it does make the Ferguson trailer tow with a level bed...
