TO-20 working

I'm an Oliver guy, but have a Fergie I use
for firewood. I've scabbed many cords in
my day.

So just like John Deere, the Olivers are play prettys and the Fergy is doing the grunt work that tractors were designed to do.
We understand.
Then again Oliver is just a fancy green machine.
I think I figured it out.
Deeres and Olivers are both green and unless the grass is green, they stay in the barn.
They have become barn refugees for so long they are now allergic to anything brown such as dirt. . .
That's Okay. Her Fergy should be parked in the living room.
It's outside under an ag shed and dusted with blowing snow.
The new orange interloper is buried under about 8 inches of white glop.
Then again, it has the snow blade on it and has only been out once so far to play.
That educated me as to changes that need making.

I would think twice about trying to pull heavy logs with draw bar raised up like that. Tractor could go over backward very easily

Of course you got to be careful. Tipping the tractor isn't the worry. Pulling a shorter log on top of you if it catches a stump that is more likely.

Certainly every tractor has it's uses. This one is pretty nimble in the woods. I'd hate to run the discbine with it tho......

Well, I have noticed that most older Deere units and a few others, do a fine job of covering floor space in a barn.
