TO20 whats this?

Rebuilding / restoring this TO20 for my grandson and found these two whats its? Last three pictures, is under the axle and is held on with the fender bolts. A bracket, and both sides have it. First three pictures is a holder on the inside of the left fender. Thought maybe a grease gun holder? Has a springy latch on top. Just curious what these are? Thanks

Grease gun mounts and the brackets are for sway bars,they bolt to the fender mounts underneath.

Left side bracket has a ball socket below the pin, right side has just the pin.

Ark68SS, If you had a certain 3 pt mounted sickle mower I think you would have to move your left side bracket to the right side.
