A20 sickle mower track rod end/ball joint

Restoring an A20 sickle/finger mower. I need a new track rod end for it but can't seem to source anything with the correct 3/4 UNF thread. I'm sure it must be a universal part as the PTO shaft UJ
is the same as a Morris Minor in the UK!

I'm assuming as it was the same as the Dearborn one it's something generic in the US from the 40's?

Has anybody every replaced one here?
