I drained the gas tank on the t30 and looked in the tank with a flash light. There was a loose part laying at the bottom of the tank by the gas line outlet. I removed the gas tank and when I turned it upside down all kinds of part were loose inside the tank. I am pretty sure this was my gas flow problem. The smaller part looks like part of a gas cap. The other large loose part looks like a baffle of some kind. Maybe time for a new gas tank if I can find one.

New aftermarket tank is available on this site.

There was a baffle in the factory tank. With it sliding around, it will break the filter screen off the valve.

Rust is your enemy, almost a certainty there is rust if it's the original tank. If it's in the budget, a new tank will simplify your worries!

Make sure to avoid ethanol added gasoline when you might have fuel left in the tank. It gums up if left setting, absorbs water, and rusts the system.

I found a loose cone shaped part in the gas tank that looks to be a filter. I removed that part and put the tank back on and the tractor runs great. The loose baffle must have done the damage . Now do I get a new tank or deal with a plugged up sediment bowl once in a while ? Thanks to everyone for your help and replies.
