So I Have a 52 T030 with a loader and a pippen backhoe. everything runs ok backhoe needs some love got some leaks but i was wondering what this machine is worth... I live on long island and my original plan is to take it upstate NY to my house up there but im thinking it might cost more to transport it than its worth. any advise would be appreciated. Ive been reading these forums for years and gotten quite a few tips for the old tractor on here

Craigslist is selling machines for how much in your area? There might be your best value guide.
Now the next question is how much is the replacement going to be and are there any available?
I picked up my new orange toy just before the rush was on.
Now a new machine is currently not readily available.
Transportation cost might become a reality.
I would say U-Haul, just don't tell them it's a tractor, but then again your in a long line out people moving in that area.
Might not be available.

Bruce nailed it. Can you replace your backhoe for the same amount? I doubt it. Transportation cost may be in the dollars/mile but should still be less than replacement cost. If you havent hauled your tractor anywhere I would search for a transportation service that could haul it for you.
