TO35 Replcement Governor

I bought a replacement governor for my TO35 Ferguson and it has a shim - it doesnt have any instructions and my old governor didnt have a shim. It is a continental 4 cylinder - do I use the shim or not - thanks for the help

All I know is a little about is Z120-Z129 for T020 and TO30.
On Z120 if replacing flyweight governor with Novi ball governor you use about a .060 shim.
Shim carries a HF part number and is talked about in the IT manual for TO20. So If you had a ball governor on your TO35 and no shim I would look at your old parts and compare to new parts. If you had flyweight governor I would guess you need the shim.
