I have a TO20 that I got in 1966, its part of the family, I got it out this spring and used it, a few days later I put the back blade on and when I dropped it, it would not raise back up. I drained the oil and the valve that is at the bottom of the forks was sticking, I cleaned it up, put new oil in, the old oil was milky, and it still will not raise the arms, The piston and rings are ok, a little air pressure and they act like that are supposed to, And I wish someone would tell me a easy way to get the valves arms back in the fork, Any help will be appreciated , Thanks for readying

Thats basically the way we did it, I used to do it alone, no way I could now, but even with 2 its not easy.
