TO 20 plastic gauge

Have to chance the governor this tractor has the aluminum swing tipe changing to ball / one of the swing weights was in the oil pan / So while i have the front end off / going to drop oil pan will plastic gauge bearings ( what"s go nogo tolerances ) Run ok but serges now / but if i have it may as well check Thanks

What is the oil pressure at idle and upper rpm's both hot and cold? This will give you an idea of bearing
wear. Post the numbers and someone will answer and give you their opinion on condition. It may not be worth
the effort if the hot and cold #'s don't change a lot. I don't like plastigauge because its hard to check
out of round crank journals. A micrometer works much better and a little more accurate, even a digital
caliper would be better than plastigauge. Plastiguage is a quick check though.
