Fitting hitch to TE20 front

First I am in uk and I have been welding for a longtime.. has anyone made a hitch for front of TE20 so that a trailer can be attached? As I might be asked to make one and I want to get some ideas
Thanks for replies

Take a look at a bumper offered for sale on this site. Go to parts, Ferguson, TE20, sheet metal and body parts. The ones designed for Fords have a tongue welded on to just install a hitch ball.

Front hitch is used mainly for moving empty trailers and wagons around the yard or paddock. Not for heavy tongue weight or loads at a distance in front of radiator.

An old removable box hitch with a 10 mm flat plate welded to the end works well for light work . Space holes in the plate to suit the front axle holes and bolt straight on . Off set to one side as it will be makes manouvering into tight spaces easier as well .

I have more details.. it looks like I will be doing job. The guy has medical condition,he has difficulty looking behind. Fitting hitch to front axle would be easiest but will not be best . I will make some sort of frame to fit front of tractor , I will not be able to weld frame together on tractor because sparks and gasoline are not a good combination! The trailer is 7'6 x4'6
