A month ago my to30 started to run erratically, it start and run fine for ten or so minuets of hard work and would stumble and die. After fifteen minuets it would start run awhile stumble and die. I tested the eight year old Pertronic, coil, plug wires, cleaned the carb,fuel lines and filters, no change. I did a continuity test on the distributor cap, there was an open between the coil wire socket and the rotor. Installed a new cap, runes like NEW !
