Friend has a TO 30 that get water in oil. We’ve changed head gasket
but same thing happens. What’s the next thing to look at? Any help
appreciated.

That Fergy is a wet sleeved engine. Drain and drop the oil pan. Look for leaks at bottom of cylinders for bad "O" Rings.

Also look for cracks between the cylinders when the pan is off. TO30’s have the z129 block which is the oversized version of the z120 or to20 block. There is less metal between the cylinders and engines that have either frozen, not using antifreeze or overheated may have developed cracks I. The web between the cylinders. I know, I have had four blocks repaired. That being said first find out if there are cracks and if so search the archives for pinning TO30 block. It is basically a bolt going above each the cracks and as they are tightened the gap closes. If you have an older MF dealer nearby they may have someone who is familiar with this fix or search the archives here for more information.

Thanks for the advise I’ll pass it on. He’s waiting on a shop manual, maybe this info will get him going in the right direction. Thanks again.

KW Block sealer can be your friend as well as Blue Devil. Bars Leak also makes a block sealer.
Follow the instructions.
I bought and sold a pinned engine (no leaks, ran good) and have used on a Fergy with leakage also.
