Massey 235 distributor PLEASE HELP

Does anyone have a 235 Massey Ferguson for parts or anything? Im needing a distributor for mine and have had zero luck locating one. It has the continental Z-145 engine. Distributor is a prestolite IBT-4406 I believe. Has the tach drive built in. Sent it off to be rebuilt and because the shaft is bent they said they didnt have the parts to build it. Any help would sure be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to find one at tractor salvage yard .

Here's one.

Be sure to match the number of teeth on the gear. Some are different, the wrong one will instantly destroy the cam!

I ordered one through them and they emailed and said they're out of stock and can't get one so they had me send mine off to be rebuilt and called and said the rebuilder couldn't rebuild it due to not being able to get the parts. Thanks though! I have been trying to match it up with others but no luck. It has 10 teeth and all I have found only has 9

You would think so. But I have literally called every one I can find on google with no luck. No one has one nor can they get one. It's getting aggravating. Thanks for the reply!

Is tach drive important to you?
There may be some low cost solutions if tach is not required.

Contact Philbin Auto Electric, Portland Ore. They might, *might* have your part. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR DIST. They might even be out of
business but were the last dist rebuilder in town last I heard.

Sorry I just now saw your reply. Tach drive isnt important to me. I would just like to get it fixed. Its too good of a tractor to be sitting
