Sherman backhoe on TO30

I have a Sherman 54C on my Ford 640. Looking to mount it on a TO30. It's the one with the frame. If someone has mounted one I would like to know their thoughts and where they mounted the front bracket.

Hello, Set mine up to quick disconnect from my 35, Slides in draw bar holder, connects to top link, has worked good many years, see pic, on -off tractor 15 min.----Ed

Hi Ed,

I know this is an old post, but wanted to ask you a question about your 54B. Would it have originally been mounted to a subframe like a 54C was? Also, could you post some additional pics on how you modified yours for a quick disconnect? I've got an 850 Ford and am looking at both a 54B and a 54C and trying to decide which to go after, thanks!
