Voltage Regulator mounting

This question is for a 12V Ferguson TEA20. My old voltage regulator had straight bolts exiting the sides of the box for mounting it to the tractor but the new one has tabs that are bent 90 degrees to this. Does anyone have a picture of how this is mounted to the tractor. The tractor is +ve ground so the generator is polarized this way. Does the voltage regulator also have to be polarized? I've never polarized the voltage regulator before so am pretty sure that it is not required but am checking just to make sure that I'm right.

Generator is polarized, not the regulator

Confusion comes because a lot of polarizing instructions say to jumper 2 posts on the regulator. Those regulator posts (class A system) are connected to battery hot post and generator armature
