bumper for TO-35 1955

Hello,
Has anyone used the Yesterday's Tractor Bumper/guard for a TO-35. Or any other source for a Bumper....?

Is that one of the fixed units or rotates open or flips down?
The last flip style down came from obsoleteum and was made out of unobtanium.
The rotating open being a bit more easily found and still in nearly the same category.
The fixed style still show up on a regular basis.

That's the second fold down bumper I have seen in about 20 years. The first one is sitting in a shed outside waiting for installation.
