Well first big snow of the season here in western Massachusetts 12 plus inches yesterday plus another 8 over night. My TO30 with the deerborn plow setup did a great job moving the bulk of it around. Took the blade off and drove through the snow in the yard to get the Ferguson back blade to finish off the driveway. Neat thing about the Deerborn setup is step chains that will hold the blade up while I use the back blade to finish the surface. I added two foot wings to the blade giving me just over 8 feet of blade with clearing the width of the tracks.

I bought a set of bombadier tracks a few years back, but never have gotten them mounted.

Do they make it hard to steer?

It really doesn?t make too much of a difference. As the tracks are still working independently of each other the front wheels still do a great job. The most
important thing is to get the tracks correctly tightened or the idler tires will drive out of them in a turn. Also turning can be helped with individual wheel
braking.

Do you have the belted tracks or chain linked?

Also I have the manuals for both Bambardier and the blackhawks.
