Followup to pressure relief valve #2

Got the 2000 lb hydraulic pressure relief tested for my TO35. Minimum cracking pressure is 2800 lbs and sometimes around 3000 lbs. Ordered from "Fix That Ferguson". Have written them for return and replacement. Will let you know how next one tests. After my experience of watching high pressure hydraulic oil shoot up between my legs, when pressure relief valved failed and it cracked the hydraulic cover, I plan to have correct pressure relief before reassembly.

the one I ordered from them works just fine. never tested it.

Been contemplating the practicality of cutting one open, making it adjustable, modifying the spring...
