I received a question from an Amazon buyer about the 28" 6 loop rim that I bought for a Ford 8N (I been driving it 66 years) if it
would also fit an early Ferguson. I did not know and suggested that he try this website for an answer.
Would it fit?

I own and operate several Fergusons ...28" Rear Tires ...6 loop

I own and operate a 1945 2-N....28" Rear tires ...6 loop

The Rims on booth the 2-N Ford and the Fergusons are all interchangeable and operate perfectly...

The 8n and Ferguson centers are the same and will interchange as well as the rims. The 2n center are different

Yep, one and same. 10 x 28 6-LOOP Rear Rim fits both N's and Fergy's. The Fergie was copied from the 9N tractor, with many parts identical/copied including the part numbers albeit except for the prefix -Ford had 9N prefix, Fergy had TE or TO. Example, the Plow Wrench had FORD 9N-17014; the Fergy had TO-17014. The center discs were solid for Ford, the Fergy had scalloped centers and yes, the 9N & 2N centers were completely different; they had a different bolt hole pattern, and do not interchange with either the Ford 8N and up nor any Ferguson model.
