With the relationship between standard motors and Triumph the oil filter assembley from a tr4 looks much like the 23c has anyone tried to use a spin on filter kit for a tr4 on a 23c.

I designed and built a couple of adaptors for my Ferguson (assembled in Coventry England)TEA-20 Standard Engine...

One style of adaptor is such the owner can place the Oil Filter where ever they like it to be...

The second adaptor... as per pictures....

I came across a firm in Australia "LOWE IND" that also advertised an adaptor Engine oil filter / block

My Spin on adaptor was machined at my late brothers machine Shop around 2004..

Would these adaptors work on the 4 cylinder Diesel "Standard"...???????

They leak ! Even the English enthusiasts are disappointed . They might have improved in the last few years though . Try looking at the UK based Triumph forums , there is a reasonable amount written about them .
