hey got another question, since i took the loader off, seems like i need to put a little weight in the front, seems light, but maybe im wrong. tractor has loaded rear tires, a 6ft back blade and a winch on the back, mounted where the draw bar would go via a 2 inch receiver. if i need to add some weight, whats the best way to do that since i dont have a bumper or anything to hang it off of? thanks!

Use wheel weights. That will keep the weight off the suspension.

The front end is really light duty on those, especially with a loader.

Might want to look things over, the pivot bushing, spindle bushings, steering gear, and rod ends. They don't need to be perfect, but you don't want the spindle and pivot bushings wearing through and cutting into the castings.

Wheel weights mentioned are pie weights and attach to the empty bolt holes on the front axle.
As for a grill, If your not worried about quality, you might be able to find a used one on Ebay some time.
NOTE: the bottom of the grill will be rusted out.

You are probably going to have a hard time finding front wheel weights but keep looking, either pie shaped or round disc shaped may be out there. And
as Bruce said you can find one one eBay that almost guaranteed will be rotted out on the bottom, new ones are on the same page for just a few dollars
more. I have replaced somewhere between 5 an6 of them on projects and the new ones work great.

Post pics of your project

thanks for the replies guys! might just get a new grill then, if its going to be around the same price. ill have to check out the bushings and see the wear, thanks for the tip. the tractor is a working old guy, and ive been using him to maintain a 2 mile road (clearing snow and grading). i will have to find my camera, and ill see if i can take some pictures.
