Has anyone retrofitted a hydraulic oil filter on a FE 35? I saw a picture on a grey Fergie that has one on the hydraulic valve on the loader

The filter always goes on the return line to the tank.

It can go anywhere in the line, so long as it's out of the way and protected from damage. Most are mounted with the can down for cleaner changing.
