TEA20 pulling to right

Took my TEA20 for her first road test after full restore, paint and new rubber.
Only issue is that she wants to pull to the right if I let go of steering wheel on flat road with no crown.
Can I fix by adjusting/ shortening right tie rod. Its not super bad but if easy fix then I would like to.
Thanks.

Yes, do check the wheel alignment.

Have you checked the tie rod ends, spindle bushings, spindle arms/keys, and wheel bearings for looseness? Do that first, they don't have to be perfect, but do what you can to get them tightened up. What you don't want to happen is have the spindle bushings wear through and ruin the axle housing.

Once that is where you are happy with it, lift the front slightly to relieve weight off the front wheels but not lift them off the floor. Turn the steering from lock to lock, look to see if both front spindle arms turn against the stops. If not something is out of adjustment, or the pittman gears are out of sync in the steering gear.

Pull a string across each rear wheel, pull it tight toward the front and secure it to a movable weight the height of the front wheel spindle a few feet in front of the tractor. What you are doing is establishing 2 parallel lines going forward to take measurements from. Move the weights until the strings are tight against the back of the rear tire and just touching the front of the rear tire.

With the steering gear centered, adjust the tie rod lengths so the front tires are inline with the strings, maybe 1/8" tow in at the front.

With the steering turned lock to lock, each front spindle arm should turn against the stop block. If not possibly the pittman gears are out of sync in the steering gear, or one of the keys in sheared on the spindle, bent arm, etc.

All of the above has been fully reconditioned and working properly, so will go ahead with setting up some string lines. Appreciate your assistance.
Thanks

If nothing else works treat it like a car. Correct tire pressure all around? Switch front tires left to right, still pull the same direction?

Yes move the front tires right to left and left to right, the toe setting will not cause a pull. Tire pull can happen with any tire and does t mean a bad tire.
