Where can I find a new cylinder head the 4cyl 23c standard engine?

New? Newly made? never. New old stock- on a shelf in back of a shop in Yorkshire for the last 55 years? unlikely. A better one than yours off out of a scrape yard? Chances are it will be no better than the one you have now. My advice is to bring it to an old fashioned machinist, who can weld and machine whatever yours needs done.
