Hi
Would anyone have knowledge of pathway, wiring for rear work lamp mounted on mudguard would have followed. Thinking it should be placed in steel tube to protect from getting broken/cut.

Thanks

Use an old grey extension cord , this will give the wiring plenty of protection . The cord should go over the rear axle trumpet housing , along the gear box and through the hole in the mating flange . from there it travels to the rear of the dash . It is held in place with P clips , easy to make from strips of jam tin or thin sheet metal .

Hi Charles
Where is that hole in the flange on the left or right side, mine must be filled in and painted over probably years of mud and dirt as I don't see a hole.
That's why I was thinking it might have been carried in a steel tube so as to get over the flange. Can you give me the wattage bulbs you use in the work lamp and if you have head lights can you give those specs as well.

The route of the wiring to the headlamps shown here with P clips securing cable .

I am unsure of the wattage I used , most after market headlights for Grey Fergies are fitted with 55/80 watt high low bulbs .
