Anybody else been burned by them? I ordered parts a year ago and everyone I called "They'll ship tomorrow or the day after". Shock, they never shipped. Ever since nnalert started their phone doesn't even ring before it hangs up on you. Thankfully they only got me for $38, but it's the principal.

Lots of comments on this topic over on the Smokstak site. Sounds like the Ed the owner has major health problems and the family is having a hard time keeping up. I would order elsewhere for now. Check out the sponsor page on that site for what you need.
