LOOKING for 180 Massey Ferguson

Hi there, I believe I may have this one available closer to the end of the year. You commented on it in the MF forum and I tried to get your attention but you must not have seen it. I am taking it on trade for a generator (plus paying cash), I am an electrical contractor by day, hobby farmer by night.

It has 15.5 x 38 Firestones on the rear, excellent condition, with new rims. The wheel weights I want to keep.

Where are you located? I am in Southwestern ON Canada, it is quite easy to ship it across border though.

I have checked the "notify me when reply is posted" so I should be able to see your reply fairly quickly. Let me know how to contact you, thanks

Thanks for getting back to me. I was trying to find a narrow front but I also would consider a good 180 wide
for the right price. Can you tell me more about the tractor? Age,condition, hours, multipower,is the tin
straight ,what it needs? What do you think you will ask for it? I live near Moline,Illinois
AGAIN Thank you!

Well, truth be told, I have only seen it once and have not received it yet into my possession, but I should see it sometime by November 15.

It has an older repaint, but nicely done. I believe it to be a 1965, hourmeter reads approx 710 but was obviously replaced. Tin is what i would call 9.5/10, it runs beautiful and handles good. It has a fresh clutch (within last 100 hrs) and multipower was rebuilt at same time. Live PTO (not independent)

I would need in the $9k range USD, that might put it out of reach for you, when you add in the trucking. I brought an 1135 out of Iowa in 2016, the trucking to my farm cost me around $1k USD, however there are empty trailers heading to Moline and Waterloo from my home area every week, so I am sure something could work out nicely for that. I have an excellent contact here for that, as well as a broker if you need one.

If you are still interested let me know here, and then we can touch base moving forward. Thanks

Dale 39 Why don't you email me when you get possession of the 180 Massey with more
pictures and explanation of its condition and then we can talk .
THANK YOU.

Yes I got it home before the road salt started. I just didn't know anymore if I wanted to sell it, it has started to grow on me LOL.

I have never had a 180 before, man it is a nice driving tractor, you sit nice and high on them, it handles well.

I would let it go for $9k USD. I also got an old set of 15.5x38 duals, I just set them up against the tractor for picture. I would throw them in as well, the tires are cracked but hold air.

Trucking from here to Moline would be $750USD, I checked a local guy that goes there every week. Brokerage would be extra, but in my experience a couple hundred bucks covers that, coming from USA to Canada. Not sure about going your way...
