656 Hydro Hydraulic Oil Change

Fixin' to change the hydraulic oil and have located the two drain plugs underneath the tractor, #26 and 27 in the operator's manual, but cannot locate #28. Book says it is "hydraulic housing drain plug" and shows it located near the base of the 3pth levers. I can't really see how at this location it can drain very much, but need to find it. Can anyone help me locate this third plug, either by description or even better a picture. Thanks.

Worked on a lot 656 tractors and the only drain I know of for the draft control hydraulic housing is inside, under the seat. Have to take that cover off under seat. It is a tall plug that extends over normal oil level. Problem is, even with that plug out some oil remains in housing so I always get in there with a suction gun and suck it out as that is where the worst oil settles.
