1960 B275...Any Good?

Just came across a 1960 IH B275 on Craigslist. Looks to be in good shape, new tires and paint. Have not heard it run or see it move, but the guy is asking $3200. Sounds like a fair price for a tractor with live pto. Are there any issues with this model that I should look for? Does this model use the fast hitch?

Hi is it a gas or Diesel? Good tractor in the
30 to 35 HP range. Could have brake problems
but usually easily fixed. If Diesel the glow
plugs could be a problem but jdemaris has a
solution for replacement with newer type.
Parts should be available as B275 had same
frame as B414,434,444,384,276 and many more
models.
jdemaris is very knowledgeable on this model as
well as some others from the UK.

It has a diesel. I going to check it out later this week. He asking $3200 I think 2800 would be fair.

Checked it out and it runs good. Smokes a little but I guess that is OK for a diesel. Everything seamed to work good. Small fuel leak up by the pump. But no oil leaks. Baught it for $2800.

1960 B275...Any Good?
