ih 5ft. mower fasthitch

tore wheel off mower..part no. off arm that holds wheel on is 465229 r1.. its a 1in. stud, or shaft that wheel goes on...wheel looks shot welded cap dont think can get to bearings...shaft also groved were bearings were riding...what to do...no. on gear box is 663586r2...any help would be appreciated....dewy

In this area a lot of Bush hog brand mowers had fast hitch prongs on them .

You're not going to find parts for that one dewy, so you've got two options:

Fabricate up something using a different wheel.
Have someone fabricate up something for you.

Third option:

Junk the mower and look for something different.
