stuck sleeves

I am overhauling a 46 Farmall M and two of the sleeves are stuck.Does anyone have any advice on how to remove them. I have tried a puller and stripped the threads on a 3/4 threaded rod trying to pull them.

If you are willing to discard those sleeves, you can run a weld bead lengthwise down the inside of the sleeve. It will shrink the sleeve enough to lift out. Remove or cover the crankshaft first.

If you don't mind pulling the engine out of the tractor you can use a hydraulic press.

had the same issue, had to get a higher grade threaded rod, think it was 80 grade I used
