NAPA numbers for filters

I just bought oil filters for my M and C at my local CaseIH dealer. One oil filter for each tractor cost me about 45 with Canadian taxes included. Wondering if anyone buys their oil filters for the letter series from NAPA and if so do you have part numbers?I love my local dealer but their prices are getting way high. Thanks Kent

All of NAPA's gold line filters are made by WIX. Find a Wix dealer and save a few more bucks for filters, especially when they have the spring sale.
You can look up just about anything right here on the puter, select off highway and follow it through. Or put a competitors number in the filter search box and it will cross them for you.

NAPA gold filter no 1172 fits the C-113 and 123 engines, Super A, C, etc. Not sure about the M, but the NAPA dealer should be able to cross it from the IH number. NAPA has a filter sale once a year for about half price. This year it was in March. Ask about that at the NAPA dealer.

I went to my Case dealer last year for my usual filters, half of them were made in Mexico. I guess we are in a global market, but they were just made cheap compared to ones from the year before that I still had in inventory. So this year I took his spring sale price to my local Wix dealer, WOW just about half price on all of them. I am sure Wix or Fleetgard made them for Case in the past, don't know who Case went to now, but they are junk in my book.

I buy all my filters (10 running tractors,5 vehicles,2 combines).I 'stock up' at the spring filter sale.50% off is a significant saveing. As was said, they are really WIX filters.BTW,1125 is the NAPA # for late M/super M.

Thanks Guys for the info. I go skiing in NH in March every year. I'll find a NAPA next year and stock up on filters. Kent
