Looks like a Farmall C, with a hydraulic post driver mounted on the front.

It's a Shaver hydraulic post pounder. Very common in Alberta
in the 70 and 80s. Had one for 30 years front mounted on a
B414. Manual tilt, worked reasonably, better than a post mall.

It's a Super C tractor, it has disk brakes.
