hello, has anyone out there ever heard of a hydraulic system that was available for the f 20 farmall ? i have a self contained hydraulic pump, reservoir and valve that is similar to the h and m countershaft hydraulic system. this one also bolts on the countershaft with a slot molded in the cast for the drive line from the clutch to the transmission.nobody around here seems to know anything about this thing.it has ihc numbers and symbols cast on it.is this rare? thank you

I likewise have one on a parts F-20. Don't think they was all that un-common. Don't think it was offered while F-20's were in production. It was kind of an after-market add on I think. Went between trany and clutch housing. There also was an after-market road gear that could be added on in the same location. Pretty sure that only one or the other (not both) could be put on. Not room for both.

Almost identical to H and M pumps. Very common. I would say that a majority of F-20s had them

dads old F-20 has one on it, and I have another one with that setup on it , a fairly common upgrade it seems.

not rare at all. lots of 2-0's had them put on in the 40's once the H's and M's were out and IHC made a kit to put them on 20's
