260a backhoe inj. line

I need the number 4 injector line for my 260a. D239 motor. Local dealer says gotta go to Komotsu. Komotsu dealer just smiles and nods. Any one have ideas? Salvage yard to check? Dealer that may have old stock? I'm in michigan, but UPS will bring it from anywhere. Thanks for any help you can give.
 
Hi, is the engine a D-239 German Diesel with a Bosch rotary inject pump?

The German D-239 was used in many applications both agricultural and construction: 544,574,674,684,695. some IH swathers, some TD series dozers and backhoes.

Try googling this part number:

3144219R91 TUBE PIPE ASSY., injection no. 4

No guarantee that your D-239 uses the same part but chances are good.

Bosch rotary pump. Have been told it's a german engine. Tractor is suposed to be based on a 574. But the dealer said the lines are differant from the ag version. I have not found a 574 diesel to compare to. With the model numbers you list I have more I can look for. Thank you for the responce. Jody
 
There is a difference between Bosch "C" pump and the "C" pump they use different lines. I think the 260a had a B pump unless it was changed, which is possible.
 
Hi Jody, see this posted by Dieseltech, he describes the differences between Bosch injection pump models:
versions AR and BR style pumps have angled line outlets, while later replacement CR version has straight outlets. All are hydraulic governed, and parts are hard to find, if at all. They will last well with good filter care, and NO water in fuel.

So you will have to identify the version of the Bosch pump.
Post a picture and Dieseltech may add his knowledge about the version of the pump. The version is also stamped on the pump.
