This is the lever that moves the drawbar to adjust plow. Anyone have an idea what it's worth?

Here in Pa we just let the drawbar go where it wants to. If the tractor wheel is in the furrow and so is the plow wheel, how steep a hill is it that you are plowing on? I guess if you only set the plow in a couple of three inches or so then it will drift around on you. Course then I have heard guys on here talk about their M's pulling a 3 bottom 16 inch plow in 5th gear. LOL

That is called a "Side Hill Hitch", used for keeping the trailer plow in line while plowing a hillside. They work really well.

Here in Wisconsin, where we have lots of hills, those hitches sell for $100+ at auctions.

Speak for yourself. YOU have lots of hills. Down here in God's Country it is nice and flat.

Don"t know what you mean by "speak for yourself", but yes, I am speaking for myself on what I know about this subject.

I was born and raised on a flat-land Iowa corn and bean farm. When I moved to Wisconsin 40 yrs ago I saw one of those side hill hitches and didn"t have a clue what it was.

Now I go to shows and when people ask "What is that thing on the drawbar?" I know they are flatlanders.

I had called it a sidehill hitch when I had one and I sold it for $60 or so, just for the lever and bracket and linkage, not including the drawbar. That was the ugliest package I ever mailed at the post office, and that is saying something.
