Flywheel on 47 baler

The 47 wire tie baler I bought was very loose where the PTO shaft connects to the flywheel. I took things apart and found that the outer bushing was extremely worn (pressed into the housing that has the locking dogs. The bushing appears to be made out of brass. The innner bushing was loose on the input shaft. This allows the flywheel to "freewheel" when you shut off the PTO at the tractor. According to the book this is supposed to impregnated with oil. I have 46 parts baler that has the same set up only the outer bushing was in much better condition. I pulled that outer housing and covered everything with grease gun grease and put it togather - anything wrong with with this approach?

As a side note - anyone need knotter parts from a 46 baler? The disks on the 46 knotters all appear to be brand new - looked like someone got serious trying to get them to work and then gave up. They are shiny with no apparent wear.

Sounds good, so long as everything fit together, which obviously it did. Can you put a grease zerk on it to regrease it regularly?
