IH 240 Steering worm Gear (50 teeth )

does any one know where to find one ? Mine is not doing very well. I have been to a machine shop they say they can make one for $650.00 anyone know if this is a good price or should I keep searching for used? part#369696R1 Thank you Bruce

If this is a [b:407b599c8a]240U[/b:407b599c8a], I got one from http://www.jptractorsalvage.com/ a few years ago. When I got it, there was another one in western Nebraska that they wanted to ship the entire bolster instead of just the gears. shipping would have been horrendous, but I don't recall the name of the yard.
If this is a Farmall 240, ignore this post. :wink:
