I just answered a CaseIH.net survey blasting them for evidently no longer supporting the online parts diagrams. carter and Gruenwald link also fails to function. Anybody have a link that works. Jim

I just saw that Case has a message posted about the online parts catalog undergoing maintenance between 8pm and 2 am EST tonight. I suspect it's to address the issue Jim originally posted about.

As a curiosity, I installed the Messick's app on my phone. While quirky (and prone crashing), the parts diagrams are available for viewing as well as some photos of in-stock products. I wouldn't use it to study for a tear-down, but could be handy for quick reference.

I also have most of the parts diagrams for the Super M saved locally if anyone is interested.

Quoting Removed, click Modern View to see

Nothing at all to do with the date switch at New Years.

CNH is having severe problems getting the new parts catalog running. So far today it seems to be fine.

Jim, I still have an old cd-rom of all 2wd tractor under 100 horse. ( I believe they had a 2nd cd for 100+ hp) I do not know if the cd is still available but it was a great help when we were still struggling with dial-up and not so many resources online. I also have a pirated copy of JD manuals but I never use it any more as all the JD manuals are available in pdf online through mother Deere

I just was using the Messicks parts link a couple of days ago to look at the exploded view of some 300 parts.

How do you get from the service not working, to it's gone forever? That's a huge stretch of logic by anyone's standards.

If it was gone forever CaseIH would've removed the link from their webpage. There is NOTHING on the website about them removing the parts diagrams on any sort of basis, let alone permanent.

In my book, that means it's temporarily broken. Key word being TEMPORARILY.

I have no idea if it is gone forever, and I do not think anyone but the head shed at CaseIH.et.al. really know. The site does provide parts diagrams for later series in the 1970s. and the link is different. Who knows, My leap is not intended to be anything but an expression of disappointment to them and request to be supported. Jim

Heres a message I found online

Case IH is currently making changes to the parts catalog data services. We are seeing several problems with it at this time, and therefore our catalogs many not work reliability.

Jim - pvassociates.net has down for a couple days at least. I'm hoping this is a temporary situation - it's one of the more useful sites out there.

I did the same last week, can't be that difficult to leave that info online available to those that need it.

Gone down in Europe as well

Case going to new web based system and they have several glitches???

Also some of older m/c catalogs are missing , it appears after reading several forums on this subject that programmers at case do not have any ideas of value of older machine listings???
