power steering not working with addition of front loader hydrolics working on loader will lift front end but steering will not turn.

Do you have the PS and the loader running off the same supply and if so do you have a priority valve or something like that?

will the steering turn with the front end off the ground?? Mine will not turn as easy with the loader on, make the front end very heavy and works the ps to turn hard

yes it works off the ground but the weight of the loader with the wheels on the ground is like not having p/s would that be the tourqe amplifier in the steering shaft that is weak?

If you have the loader working off the valves built into the tractor dash, it should work because there is a built in priority flow divider (this assuming everything is as it came from the factory). If you are using valves that came with the loader, you are no doubt by-passing the priority valve and the loader "robs" the flow ahead of the pfdv. You don't say how it's plumbed. If in fact you are using the tractor valves, your torque generator may be weak, but you should also notice it's not as strong as it once was, even without the loader. On an older tractor, there could also be enough internal leakage in the system that it would not work well at idle, but should work reved up an it has more flow.

the lines have been plumbed to the valve behind the dash and the loader will lift the wheels off the ground at idle. so it does sound like the torque generator?
