I have 450 Diesel. The rubber piece of the return or pressure hose ruptured. It might be too close to the pressed fitting to splice. New parts not available from the dealer. Any ideas on how to repair. Need to get fixed enough to start and run tractor.

If you have the factory pipes with rubber hose the suction is just a short rubber hose with clamps. Pressure hose came made on the smallest diameter steel pipe with a fitting on the other end that screwed on the pump hydraulic manifold. Also you could have rubber added to what came as all steel lines.
If you have the factory lines like in the picture, maybe the easy way is to cut the pipe just behind the rubber. Then get a compression fitting from a hydraulic supply and hydraulic hose with a end to screw on hydraulic manifold and the compression fitting. Second picturing is of the fitting on a gas tractor line so you can see what it looks like. Rubber is 3/4 inch cut to length. Take the old fitting, hydraulic shop will know what ends to use on the new hose.
