F 12 head gasket

I am replacing the head gasket on my F 12 after a valve job. What is the torque spec for the head bolts? Also, what is the spec to use when I adjust the valves? THANKS!!!

I"ve torqued mine to 90 lb/ft. Start out with 20-30 lb/ft on a torque wrench and in the middle of the head and work out to the ends of the head. Increase the torque setting by 20-30 lbs until you reach 90 lb/ft. I have not had any leaks on any of my tractors using this method. You can set the valves at .013" cold and then after the engine has reached operating temperature, recheck/set them again. Or set them at .015" cold and after the engine has reached operating temperature, recheck/set them for .013". The end result should be a setting of .013" hot. I would also recheck the torque on the head bolts, too.

phillip, My I T manual says 113 CC engine A,B,C
65 lbs torque. F-12 is 113 CC I would use same spec. oldiron29
