What is this leak on an H?

I'm still scraping off mud and debris and I noticed a "new to me" leak (I'm sure it has been there a while) on the RH side of the engine behind the distributor. It is the cover on the side of the block with what looks like a cork gasket. [b:69030a44e0]Are these coolant passages under the cover or is this an oil leak?[/b:69030a44e0]

The valve lifters & pushrods can be accessed behind the cover.

It is an oil leak. A new gasket will fix it.
