O14 starter Reproduction Phase 1

I have been gathering parts to complete my O14 project for years Took 6 years to scare up a throw out bearing assembaly.next hard part was the delco electric starter.I managed to borrow one from a friend went to my starter shop. They told all the parts are standard items exceptthe nose cone is a one off.I sent the nose cone to cattail foundry in Peena. back at the end of winter the nose cone and spacer ring reproduction castings came back today and they look great. Next step is the machine shop to get all the holes to be lined up and drilled.I'll post again when phase 2 is complete. This is the second time I have used Cattail foundry and have more than pleased both times. Regards Chuck ore.

Chuck, It would be helpful to us if you could give some of the costs for work done including casting new parts. Thanks oldiron29
